Panantukan Training
Panantukan — Filipino boxing has the elements of Dumog,  Sikaran,  Hubud and  Kaukit this maximize's the effectiveness of your punching, knee and elbow combinations. Here I will show you how I learn the basics without having a training partner using the MADummy.

Once you have your training area setup you can train on a certain set of moves over and over again until you have it in grained in your muscle memory.
